Refund & Privacy Policy



REFUND Tenure:


Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility Conditions: 


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. ANY fibers, hair, or dust found on the returned item cannot be accepted and you will not be eligible to receive a refund. For further information please contact us. If you receive your order and find a mark on there, you MUST notify us as soon as possible. Failure to notify us upon delivery will mean that we cannot accept a return with a mark on it.


RETURN Condition: 


Please include the Leetwa Product Info with your returning parcel. If you have confirmation from us to exchange a product, please write on the returns form that you have spoken to one of our team, and fill out the form as normal. Returns must be placed within 30 days of order.

  • There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
  • Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after purchase


 Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 


 If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

 To exchange an item, you would need to ensure the item you are returning, is in the original condition. We don’t process exchanges in the traditional way. You would need to purchase the new size/item via the website as normal, and then return the original item back to us for a refund. If you would like more information, please contact us.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We recommend that your return is sent via a ‘tracked’ method. We cannot be held liable for items that are returned damaged or missing. Please ensure you take photos of the items you are returning for proof of their condition, a postal receipt, and a tracking number.
